If you’re working for a failing coffee shop, collective bargaining probably won’t work to get a higher pay. How would you negotiate on that?

Do you know what the base pay is? Pay raises are across the board. When I was a E-2 in 2001 my pay was $572 every 2 weeks. I lived on board, no car payment, single, no kids. That’s all allowances. ...

Or overly exaggerated. We saw it with Covid a lot. Anything he talked about the media would say it will kill you. When they thought he’d win and the vax would be out… they were against “trumps vax”. Once he lost everyone must get it....

That to me is the way to go. I don’t see how the grid will be able to sustain adding more EVs and other electrical verses coal and gas. Not to mention lithium mining that has to be done and how it affects the environment.
All these data centers being build added to the grid are having their own ...
