Not sure about other states but the medical dispensaries in Louisiana have pharmacists on site. The one in BR is owned by a pharmacist. ...

Unless it was the Regions Bank near the Bluebonnet/Perkins intersection, this happened in the unincorporated area of BR, not St. George.
ETA: it was the united Community Bank on Bluebonnet which is on the St. George side.

District 2 would remain majority minority. District 5 would be 54% black & 51% white.
