the boomers' entire point has been that millennials can get ahead if they simply don't made imprudent financial decisions while continually telling us reasonable real estate can be had like this condo that's appreciably worse than just renting for the next decade....

it's also not the expensive part of the city, but he keeps acting as though he's doing people a favor with that real estate find....
