Bring an old phone and buy prepaid SIM card for it after you arrive to Europe. Use that phone to hotspot your phones for wifi as needed. It is cheaper than paying $10/day for each phone usage unless you need your phone for calls, text, emails, etc. ...

I used to escrow payments but now pay it annually. It helps that my homeowner and flood insurances are due mid year and the property taxes are due at the end of the year.
