Go shoot some hoops, going and grabbing your rebounds is great cardio. Too many people have this misconception you have to walk on a treadmill or climb a stair master for hours on end to lose weight...

Yeah I really don’t get that lol. Dude who is arguing for Suggs would not be saying that if his draft capital was lower. Suggs is not a good offensive player, Dyson is a very similar player and has more upside with his size if he develops...
