I was at the Grand Ole Opry when he walked out in front of a crowd of the most conservative redneck tourists you could assemble under the roof built by John Anderson (he really helped build it), and they went nuts for him.

Everything said about the ghost theory makes sense, but I am a practical person never prone to think about supernatural stuff. When I saw the movie as a kid, at the end I immediately assumed he was the dead marshal’s brother.

Cook's Illustrated recommends 45 minutes to an hour at 450, until an internal temp of 205. That's when a Thermopen comes in handy. Hitting 205 is key to getting a nice, fluffy interior.
We have one of the red bags for "baking" a potato in the microwave. It works okay, but follow the instructions ...
