Like the other cases he will be found guilty. He will likely win all cases on appeal but by that time he won't be eligible to be president.

If car companies have simple interest contracts that allow an early payoff why not just negotiate the lowest price 84 months and just pay the note off as soon I get the mailing address and payoff.
Seems easier than telling them you are paying with cash.
Some dealers around here hate cash
