Sometimes you just have an old roof that needs replacing.
Some insurance companies will not write a policy on houses with aged roofs like this.

Don't use a spray. It will wind up on the door.
I use this and keep a paper towel in hand to wipe up any drips.

I saw numerous kites several weeks back. A pair built a nest in an oak in the yard. I suspect they returned from last year.
But for the last couple of weeks I haven't seen any in the area. Any ideas? Is this common?
