What’s the best way to create a CRM using office products?

I’m working on a project and I think we need a basic CRM to track targets, networks, etc. Has anyone made a sort of home brew CRM using office products?

We’re working a lot inside Teams so I’d like to keep everything in there.

There are so many CRMs out there now. Just go cloud and find something that integrates with Teams

For a minute I was thinking you needed to do CRM really old school with "office products" like pen and paper due to long term power outages or something, then it finally hit me capital-O Office products.

Same.

Might I suggest a white board and dry erase markers?

Check the Microsoft site, they often have templates already developed for business apps.

MS Access would be the best office product, but it would take some work. Look into Dynamics CRM though. It's pretty cheap per user and a very flexible platform.

+1 for MS Dynamics CRM. Not too hard to set up and works nicely with the MS suite.

For CRM, this. It scales well from 10 employees to 10,000 employees. We have it integrated with our SAP inplementation.

When it comes to software solutions for businesses, prioritizing effectiveness is key, regardless of the size of the company. Investing in results-driven software can streamline operations, boost productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.
