CRM for manufacturing business

Anyone have any experience or recs for a CRM tool? The company is a relatively small company that manufactures a product that is used in oil and gas market and sold by distribution.
My previous company used Salesforce and I did not like it and don’t think it fits this company.
Tool will probably be utilized by 10-12 people to start. Over half will be sales. The rest will be production/technical/operations.

Ours is built into our ERP system. Works as intended
