It sounds more like she’s speaking out against the WHO’s desire to do those things. IDK, since the context is missing, it’s hard to know for certain if she’s part of the WHO movement and pushing it as a good thing or if she’s against the WHO’s movement and laying out her grim predictions for what it might become…
Since she ends by saying, “It’s a peculiar feature that this puts humans on equal footing with animals”, I have to assume the latter, that she’s speaking out against the WHO. I don’t think she would be calling it peculiar if she was part of the movement trying to implement it

Ill preface this by saying, I think biden backed off this signing because he was catching so much grief.
It seems farfetched, but so did unleashing a virus on the world and killing millions simply to keep a president from being elected.

Correct. Dr. Meryl Nass is the name of the woman. She's spoken out in front of a number of panels against the very things she's alleged to be admitting to in this video. This is why the context question posed in the 2nd post in this thread was relevant. Classic case of misinformation spread on the internet.

Not saying the message presented by the poster is wrong or right but we need to be careful and provide further context. Don’t want to be like the uneducated liberals that bash Trump based upon untrue comments (Charlotte, Mexican illegal aliens, etc.).
