Is $1 million a good salary?

Would you be happy with a $1 million a year salary?
What if you made $1 million a month?
How about $1 million per day? Even weekends and holidays.
If you made $1 million per day, and made it every day from the birth of Jesus until today, you would have still made less than the United States borrowed in March to keep the government open through September.
$1 million every day for 2024 years = ~$750 billion
We borrowed $1.2 trillion in March.
I'm afraid that it doesn't matter who our President is.

If I’m going to take a pay cut there better be some equity!

I'll ask my butler's butler how he is doing on $1 million a year.

Depends on your situation.
If I were in most of Louisiana and not sending kids to private school? Good salary.
If I were in Manhattan or Los Angeles and paying huge rent on a postage stamp? Less so.

LMAO...very poor. Truly wealthy people don't care about their "salary."

Pretty sure you can purchase a nice place in NY or LA on a million/yr salary considering that would put you firmly in the top half of 1% of salary earners even in those places.

Stop voting GOPe. They have voted for every budget increase for the last 30 years.

A year? In New York City and LA no. In Mississippi, yes very much so

1. Before or after taxes?
2. Yes, because I would be able to zero out my current debts and have more disposable income, even with eventual taxes owed.
