Maybe not, but sanctuary cities giving handouts to illegals is appearing to be a breaking point for them.

They see their Democrat leaders (in many cases black Democrats) dumping these "new arrivals" in their neighborhoods and spending millions on them. Their piece of the civic pie is shrinking, and they know it.

Just watch some videos from ward meetings in Chicago. It's often the black women who are the angriest and feel the most betrayed.
