I’m coming around to trusting the sense of the blacks in these matters, as a broad concept, compared to that of “this board.” Of course I have my people who I hold out of that grouping, people who I exempt from that deteriorating situation. Who they are is a closely guarded secret.

That’s where the meat of ballot harvesting is. Impoverished black communities where many folks simply don’t care to take the time to vote. However if someone organizes something for them, feeds them, gives them a ballot to “fill out” and then says “oh we will mail it for you”….they’ll “vote” in droves

I think it will be far closer to 80% than 90%. Nothing impacts people more than a radical shift in their expenses and the shift over the last 4 years came directly after one of the best economic periods in decades. Blacks generally are more in the middle and lower class income tiers, such cost shifts are more likely to have a greater impact on them.

With that, there's no great desire to re-elect Biden primarily because nothing he's done has created anything positive for voters. Higher costs, getting us involved in funding two separate wars, an open border allowing tons of drugs, illegals and pedophiles into the country, etc.

There's always some line between those voting FOR a candidate versus voting AGAINST a candidate. For this election there will be a lot who are voting AGAINST a candidate (and this is likely normal) but there won't be a lot voting FOR Biden whereas there will be quite a lot voting FOR Trump.

Hughley's screed is that of a party sycophant whose success has placed him out of touch with those on whose behalf he purports to be speaking for.

I had to scroll through a lot of black people trashing DL to find the first reply that agreed with him, and it was a gay white dude.

I'm with him.

I live in an 85% black town. No way in hell around here Trump is getting black votes. Their community is so dead set against Trump it's unreal.
