Biden proposing tariffs on China...has the irony been discussed

Trump did it and was blasted by the left. Biden copies Trumps vision and policies, and it's supposed to save industry and the union.
If you're a liberal/Democrat/Biden supporter, how do you make yourself reconcile that everything Trump was doing is proven right and now your party is panicked knowing they need to follow Trumps plan?
And do you realize that if Trump was running it the whole time, we'd be leap years ahead in all sectors?
