Which should mean to get things in order bc you may lose the free money being stolen from them BUT we all know that isn’t how they will interpret it

Baton Rouge is only on its 2nd Black mayor in its 200 year history.

How are the crime statistics during the current one's run?

Or get their own school district.

Let’s be clear, what’s wrong with America wasn’t created by Black people. What’s wrong in Louisiana is inequity that breeds all the social ills including crime.

I want to be very clear, they drew the line in the sand when they created a new city.

Yes, that wasn't the fault of the current mayor or anything. It was clearly "mean, racist white people."

Or they are after their own kids' resources, no?

it’s about time we fully take control of some things and show folks what to do with power.

Maybe go show the mayor what she did wrong with her power that caused all of this bullshite to begin with.

But his post is doing what he intended to do...generate attention for himself with things like this thread.

So black people didn’t create the black culture that is destroying black communities and follows them wherever they try to move to start leaching on successful communities???

Well, not really. There were vibrant black communities with a strong, family-based culture before Democrats and LBJ started "helping" them.

This is the genesis of all this and needs to be better communicated. Blacks were preyed on by white racist Democrats and now are under the thumb of the same party that uses them as pawns to stay in power.

I wish more Blacks understood this, attacked it, and made the necessary commitments culturally to reverse this. What they will find is the vast majority of Whites would lock arms with them and get them out of it. But apparently that isn't as easy as just meandering on forever blaming other people.

This generation didn't cause it, but we understand what happened. I hate that it happened. It's fricking evil.

See what I just did here Gravy? That's an example of leadership. So either stop being a clown or deal with us mocking you in your face paint until the end of time.

What black leadership? Organizing walks thru neighborhoods and food giveaways is not leadership. Those are not solving problems. Those are perpetuating them.

Black people need to demand more from black leaders. The EBR school system has sucked for 30+ years.

Minimum of 40+ years, as my parents took one look at where my sibling would be going to elementary school thanks to bussing and said “frick that shite!”

Sending your five year old from the current St George to a run down school in a shite neighborhood near downtown was a nonstarter. So was the later issue of having kids spending hours each day on the bus because everyone went to Independence Park to catch a second bus to their actual school.

White 51.4%
Black or African American 37.6%
American Indian and Alaska Native 0.0%

Wiki’s totals claim 70% white and 12% black but, again, consider the source.

Am I reading your link correctly? Your link's reported population is 7,800. I understood St. George is 80k+.

Kip was white? Who knew.

The reality is that people don’t like to be governed by untrustworthy race baiting pieces of shite:

quote:

A key reason Chambers had so little money by mid-year is that he spent heavily on campaign incidentals, including $14,000 on meals, $91,000 on videography, $56,000 on airfare, $14,000 on car rentals and $20,000 on security.

He really is a textbook example of what is wrong with America.

This is the legacy of Murphy Paul.

I argue that he set back cops that look like him for top leadership positions the next 20 years because of it.
