So black people didn’t create the black culture that is destroying black communities and follows them wherever they try to move to start leaching on successful communities???

Well, not really. There were vibrant black communities with a strong, family-based culture before Democrats and LBJ started "helping" them.

Well I constantly hear how bad whites are from people like him so if that is the case than why is "Black leadership" so bothered by this? You would think wouldn't care if whites started their own town.

To my folks in Atlanta. Take notice.

The black power structure apparatus in the city of Atlanta is crumbling by the year. The city has been losing black population for over 20 years now. The vast majority of new residents are White, Asian, or South Asian. Won’t be long before Atlanta has a non black mayor for first time in five decades.

Even then, the screwed up funding situation that EBR Parish has didn’t apply there.

Is he talking about Lipsey, Reilly, Bernhard, Jacobs, Manship etc? They all opposed St. G - most "republicans" - most screwing BR.

That was my first thought as well. The old guard ( many others) opposed to St. George are old AF.

don’t fricking start this shite - BR was ruined before us Katrina ppl got here - and most black ppl that were in BR after Katrina are back in NOLA. BR has been terrible to live in since the 1990s.

Wasn’t blaming Katrina but it definitely accelerated the downward trend

And BR wasn’t terrible in the 90’s

We’ve built the South Side, and they packed up their toys.

This again. Yeah, Gravy, black people are responsible for the relatively lower crime rates, cleaner streets and shopping centers, and less dysfunctional schools on the south side of EBR.
