Blacks do the same thing. Blacks that adhere to their broken culture starting to move in and growing in numbers in a community or school district is the kiss of death for area and schools. Move into good to ok areas, good to ok school districts, and when they become majority they turn them to shite. They don’t just need White money and money from every other race or ethnicity. They need Whites and other ethnicities to be majority population in these places and school districts. BR siphoning off money from StG, and BR still sucks. White families paying for private school for their kids and paying taxes to EBRSS without adding education costs to schools, and EBRSS sucks.
