In 2021, I went from a 36 to 31 in five months by cutting down to less than 20 daily grams of carbs. More importantly, I ditched all seed oils which eliminates 95% of grocery store products. I've been convinced that seed oils are the main cause of all chronic disease.

Today, I eat no carbs, no plants and no fiber. No carb beats the hell out of low carb.

So what is the result of over three years without seed oils? I wondered so I bought a complete Omegaquant blood test. Results below.

Cool but what is your blood sugar levels, trigs, total/ldl/hdl levels and most importantly calcium score?

I do mostly carnivorish but also have 6-8 oz 100% pomegranate juice and when trying to put in muscle will add white rice. But I track calories and macros

My fasted glucose is 78. Fasted insulin amazing 1.9. HDL and triglycerides are both 80. I don't have a CAC score. In May of 2020 my LDL was 76--now my LDL is 360. I'm a Lean Mass Hyper Responder.

High LDL is associated with low all cause mortality. At UCLA's Lundquist Institute, Dr. Matthew Budoff ran CACs and high resolution CTTAs on 100 subjects with average age of 55 and average LDL of 285. No coronary artery disease was found. Even subjects with LDLs as high as 400, 500 and 600 were free of arterial plaque.

If you do, I am telling you the fastest way to drop that gut is cutting those calories and carbs out. I know the elimination of alcohol is not something most are willing to do but itll cut the weight.

Was on Coumadin (rat poison) as a blood thinner for a few months and didn't drink as a result. Dropped about 15 pounds.

Then too, women hate it when men go to Weight Watchers as the struggle to shave a half pound while men drop 20 or 30.
