Saints tied for easiest strength of schedule with Falcons for 2024 season. ( per NFL).

Unless Klint brings some miracle’s with him it will be another year of finishing middle of the road and missing the playoffs, yet again. When you combine a owner that doesn’t care and a GM that thinks he’s untouchable, it results in the current state of the Saints organization.

We have an easy schedule in 2023 as well. Means nothing

It does matter, but only when you have a team good enough to take advantage of it (not the Saints).

yet the over/under win total projection is 7.5 games

it goes to show that there a quite a few mediocre teams in the league, it's not just a Saints thing.

Just goes to show you that this division is utter shite.

Would it be an overreaction if I think the Falcons are winning at least 10 games this year? NFC South Champions and win a playoff game.

What a waste of a great schedule. Would’ve killed for the division to suck this bad in like 2013

It also would have killed if the old coaching staff could’ve found a set of nuts after BountyGate. I’m pretty sure the players, that were “suspended” played the next season but Sean took that suspension like a bitch. That BS cost the Saint’s a Super Bowl, nobody is ever going to change my mind about it. One constant thing about the organization then and now, and that’s the GM that think he owns the team.

Bad division and soft schedule, again

And no distractions like MT and Rapeis

I could easily see this team going 10-7 and taking the division.

They were finally getting their act together at the end last year with a healthy Carr and 4 out of 5 wins to finish the season with wins against all the division opponents.

If Carr and Kamara stay healthy and gel with Kubiak, this team could be dangerous.

All hinges on their defense improving but10 wins wouldn't surprise me at all. They've got the best QB & RB in the division.

Saints have second easiest strength of schedule for 2024

One of the selling points in the 2023 offseason was that the Saints had an easy schedule and would not face many established quarterbacks who were good. How did that work out for them?

Do they still have the same GM? Same head coach? Same QB? Same owner who apparently is going to let the president and the GM stay in the organization for life, regardless of results? Then put me down for another non-playoff season.

I mean you have Dennis Allen/Derek Carr leading your team. That's a mediocre as it gets

Easiest schedules last year were falcons, Saints, Cowboys and Dolphins. All of those teams were mediocre. The Dolphins and Cowboys were able to take advantage of it.

We played the Panthers twice, the bears, the titans, the patriots and the vikings. All those teams finished last in their division. The giants were terrible, but Washington tanked so that’s the only reason they weren’t last.

We played the colts, Vikings, bears, and giants when they were playing their backup QBs.

Outside of the division, we only played 5 teams with a winning record and only won 1 of those games.

There is no such thing as an "easy schedule." Every team has NFL players. It all comes down to coaching and execution. I never hear anyone saying how did team X lose to team Y, when team X is 10-1 and team Y is 1-10? Every week is a gauntlet. This isn't college

No schedule is easy for the Saints.
