With nearly 80 million viewers to date, Jake Gyllenhaal is set to reprise his role as Elwood Dalton in a Road House sequel.

Neither am I and it was fine. I’m glad I didn’t but wouldn’t have been that mad at paying for a ticket.

Some people pretend like the first one was anything other than a cult film. I love it but it wasn’t “good”

Same here. It wasn't great cinema obviously, but I enjoyed it for what it was. I couldn't have had a lower bar for it though, so maybe that's why I enjoyed it more than most.

I think people also forget just how bad the original movie is. Of course it's awesome and the nostalgia is off the charts great, but it's pretty objectively a bad movie.
