Exactly. The majority of us don’t have a dog in this fight.

I’m guessing the OP is referring to some OKC fans that posted this but I’d like to see receipts.

Who is “they”?

Are you trying to get someone specific to come eat crow? I haven’t seen a single post on this board about Jokic being undeserving of the MVP

The best three players in the league by far were not born in the USA (Jokic, Luka, Embiid), with Wembanyama coming in hot.

SGA never belonged in the MVP conversation. He was only there to represent IMO.

This doesn’t sit well with alot of people.

Sga put up 30/6/6, plays solid defense, and the #1 seed. He deserved to be in the conversation.

Luka and joker deserved it more.

You started a thread replying to yourself and had more posts in it from yourself than other posters

You’re spiraling out of control here

This is the craziest Jokic stat. This is from last year but after this year he still won't have any teammates named All Star or All NBA.

You do know SGA wasn't born in America, either, right?

I think Joker is as good as I've seen but didn't luka just avg 35 10 and 10. I think Joker is better but Ican see the argument.

What about Kareem on that list?

That graph is incorrect by a large margin

Lebron played with 32 players who made the all-star team, not all while playing WITH him, but look at this list of names and realize how disingenuous that list is

Zydrunas Ilgauskas
Dwyane Wade
Chris Bosh
Kevin Love
Anthony Davis
Kyrie Irving
Mo Williams
Ray Allen
Kyle Korver
Rashard Lewis
Wally Szczerbiak
Dwight Howard
Rajon Rondo
Ben Wallace
Juwan Howard
Russell Westbrook
D'Angelo Russell
Carlos Boozer
Shaquille O'Neal
Shawn Marion
Carmelo Anthony
Marc Gasol
Deron Williams
Tyson Chandler
Brandon Ingram
Antawn Jamison
DeAndre Jordan
Jamaal Magloire
Isaiah Thomas
Derrick Rose
Andre Drummond
Jerry Stackhouse

It says in the graphic the first 8 years of their career. I'm assuming this was a graphic from last year because it's Jokic's 9th year now.

That's why I'm curious about Kareem. He won his 5th MVP in his 8th year. Spent his first handful of seasons with the Bucks and won 3 MVPs and a title there, then won his 4th and 5th MVPs in his 7th and 8th year in the league which was his 1st two years with the Lakers and that was before they ever became Showtime with Magic and Worthy and the rest of that crew. I know he had Oscar Robertson on the Bucks but I think that's about it.

You mentioned 32 players and yet Lebron only played with 4-6 of those players in their prime. I realized you pointed out not while playing with him, but your post is disingenuous as well.

So you’re going to pretend Lebron didn't GO TO teams with HoF/All-Star players in their primes his entire career? Even after seeing that list of names?

SGA is every bit in that conversation for 2nd to Jokic.

For Luka over Jokic?

Nah, there's no argument. The argument for SGA over Luka is better than Luka over Jokic

Jokic is the best, and whoever is 2nd is far behind him right now. He's battling with all time greats, the top 10s of all time right now...that's his level.

Jokic with a hook shot is unstoppable.
