Is there any other option at this point? Thompson is just not having a good go around in this series. I don’t think it hets fixed by 6 today.

Jay said he has one more chance. If he messes up he won’t start next game

Thompson is playing!!! You are not replacing him at this point. Has he had a good series ?? No, but he’s a good player!!

That’s the thing about baseball. You just never know when it’s going to get fixed.

Only option is you stick with him at SS and stop juggling him and Dugas around. Basically, let him focus on one position and see if that gets him to stop "thinking" when he's out there and let him just play.

With that said, you keep doing what got you to this point and move him and Dugas when the situation calls for it.

You realize his mistakes yesterday were when he was on shortstop side and his phenomenal played a time or two on the second base side cannot be overlooked.

I agree but disagree, yes let him concentrate on playing SS but quit switching him and Dugas this makes no sense at all, if your 2nd baseman isn’t good enough to field a ground ball you should replace him.

Doesn’t matter
He is the shortstop for this team and he will play no matter how much the rantards crap on him.
I hope he makes all of you look stupid

I was being sarcastic. I know he is SS1 and will start and play the whole game. His game yesterday was very ugly, but by and large I have been in his camp when others shite on him.
