The people commenting in this thread never liked her to before either so I’m not entirely sure there is actually a switch happening. Just people who feel threatened by women’s sports for some reason, so they’re crafting reasons to hate right in front of your eyes.

She'd prob make more money working at Chick-fil-a or a fast food place in California with the $20 minimum wage

These mother frickers do not make money yet want Four Seasons hotel rooms and private jets. Unreal.
The WNBA has plenty of revenue, over $300 million in recent years. More than likely that has doubled with the introduction of stars like CC and Reese. The added cost of maybe $12 million a year for chartered flights is completely doable and overdue.

Not sure why so many people on this board would take a bullet for a bunch of rich people who own sports teams.

It’s $25 million according to an article I read.

I don't see that as being the case here, it's more like nausea generated by the delusional prima donna attitude of a person in this example, a girl playing "professional" sports for a team in a league where neither can sustain itself financially, where the pay Is probably a lot less than a ton of jobs for recent college grads, and expects to be treated like the high paid prima donna athletes of teams/leagues that are actually self-sustaining and profitable

I saw this.
The headline of the article seemed a little misleading. She tweeted one thing but it didn’t seem to be boiling over with anything.

Also, if you are 6’0” or taller, flying in a typical plane seat can be uncomfortable.

I'd be asking for more money and keep flying commercial. The Instagram generation does not understand that kind of thing though.

I don't understand how people on here can hate her when she helped LSU win their 1st national championship in basketball (men or women)

Shhh. Dont tell the posters on here that. That'll hurt their agenda they have against Reese.

That is the total cost. But that replaces commercial travel and you reduce security and hotel costs because you control the times. Still more expensive, but worth the cost in 2024.

Not every team is treated like that. Thats the point. Either way should be across the board.

Angel plays hard, is physical and she hates losing.

She isn’t like Simmons at all.

Meaningless without knowing the expenses to operate the league.

It further proves the point that they need to be kept safe and away from the normals.

The title of this article is ridiculous click bait.

All she did was post an instagram picture with the caption

“Just praying that this is one of the last commercial flights the Chicago Sky has to fly”
“Like Breezy said, Practicing gratitude and patience as the league introduces charter flights for all teams”

How is that frustration boiling over and why are they trying to act like this had anything to do with Caitlyn Clark?

And why do you idiots still believe internet articles?!?!?

You think the revenue has already doubled?
You also realize the WNBA has never turned a profit and is subsidized by the NBA right?

Hate to break it to you but she was never "universally" liked by LSU fans.
