Reese voices frustration over team's commercial travel.

The Chicago Sky are still dealing with the ongoing challenge of securing chartered flights for their team. Despite the recent announcement from the WNBA that all teams will have access to chartered flights for the season through a partnership with Delta, the Sky have yet to benefit from this arrangement.

Reese's sentiments reflect the ongoing struggle faced by the Sky, especially in light of the recent viral attention garnered by the Indiana Fever for their positive experience on a chartered flight. The stark contrast between the two teams' travel arrangements has drawn attention to the disparities in resources and support within the league.

The specific reasons behind the Sky's inability to secure a chartered flight remain unclear, raising questions about the factors contributing to this ongoing challenge. The disparity in travel accommodations has sparked discussions about the impact on player well-being and the competitive balance within the league

She's acting like she's never has had a delay or cancelled flight or missed a connection because of a delay or cancelled flight and forced to rebook and spend a few days in a crappy hotel.

yep, in a money losing but subsidized business, wasn't too long ago that the NBA, which actually makes money, flew on scheduled commercial flights

She comes from LSU where she and her teammates were treated like queens for two years. Now she's basically a nobody in the real world and can't handle it.

Click bait article. All she did was post an ig caption that was actually Breanna Stewart’s comments on the flight situation

But go ahead and feed into the narrative

Pretty sure this board counseled her to stay at LSU for another year and bank some money.

The flights probably cost more than the game takes in

They overestimate their value.

They don’t understand that these chartered flights are a “gift” that isn’t affordable. As such, they complain about it as if it is owed to them.

And I like Angel.

WNBA loses 10 million dollars every year.

They can do better. Let’s lose 11 million a year now.

I would not create drama for my employer over a flight.

This is what we get for making stars out of them. We see this every day with sport figures. They suddenly are not common people anymore.

Let me go out on a thin limb and guess that a chartered flight greatly increases the massive loss by the owner of the team is the specific reason.
