The 2024 class is loaded, Miller and Lincoln are in the mix for the olympics and will probably end up going to the olympic trials at the worst. Chio is one of those level 10's much like Kennedy Edney and Kiya Johnson who are very strong on every event which is sure to make a day one impact when she gets to LSU. The difficulty on every event is already there.

IF the 2024 class gets to LSU healthy (knock on wood), it should be one of LSU's better classes in years. The issue for LSU in recent recruiting classes is much of its highly touted prospects dealt with significant injury coming into LSU and that has somewhat hampered a lot of potential over the years but this one is special.

2025 class is level 10 heavy (JO level- non elites) but its a nice class with Ballou leading the way (Top 5 recruit). Mustari is a game changer on bars (probably the best bars of the entire class). Wenner is very solid AA, just scratching the surface of her potential, she was down to LSU and Utah. Adding Sophia Diaz would be a nice way to round out the class potentially but solid class. Your 2026 class, LSU is heavily in the mix for some big national team members but that recruiting process won't start until next summer.

You think it's the Livvy effect?

I think it’s a combo of the facilities, the coaches, and the nil. Although with one certain recruit I think we can also add Tom Farden. Lol what an idiot!

With all our success, sold out crowds, NILs, top 10 recruiting, etc, how close are we in winning our 1st natl championship in gymnastics? Will it take #1 recruiting classes for several years in a row to win it? What is Oklahoma doing to consistently win nattys (6 nattys in the last 10 years)? They are the powerhouse of gymnastics.

We should be in the mix this year, with a really good shot. When you get to nationals, it's up to the judges.

It was so obvious last year that I remember it. I usually can't remember the finals from the previous year.

I actually think a lot of it is Okla all has the same boring cookie cutter routines that’s don’t push the difficulty level. Kindler is playing the game. The game sucks this way but we can’t control that. What we can control are our dismounts and leap series. If we can’t at least somewhat change those we will never win a championship.

Good for her and Michigan. She would have been a great addition but we already have a strong class. I think she will break into more of Michigan's lineups given that their big AAs Brooks, Morrison, and Wilson will be gone by the time she gets on campus. I could see us being finished with this class or maybe adding Anaya Drayton to the team.

Good for her, would have been lovely to have her but I get it.

Ballou, Mustari and Wenner is a very good class that will compliment the 2024 class well. Between this class and that one, we got a lot more 'pure' bar workers.

I mean people arent saying it. But Livvy has definitely had an effect. To what degree is hard to tell. Also it doesn't hurt she started the Livvy fund which helps for NIL deals.

Some things from signing day:

So shilese didn’t sign her letter yesterday with Florida. I’ll really be surprised if she ever competes in college.
Can’t believe Utah still got all their recruits to come after all the back story!
Bama ended up with a helluva class.

Oh, I’m sure all the backstory may have given them a little bit of hesitation, joining the team right now in the current climate of what all is going on with their coaches, however, from a scholarship standpoint, and the fact that I believe all three of them have accepted full ride scholarships to Utah, with less than a month until signing day happened, there was no time for them to change their commitment to a different school and still have a full ride scholarship opportunity waiting for them in college gymnastics which is what they most likely wanted from Utah. No other school had an open scholarship of the ones they visited at this point so close to signing day.
