Oven keeps turning off and on when heating

GE Monogram oven recently started tripping off and on during preheating (and occasionally once temp is reached as well mid-bake)
Is this likely a power supply issue or a bad heating element maybe?

My Frigidaire brand did that. Replaced oven temp sensor first but didnt solve the problem. Turned out to be a faulty control board.

Are you certain it is not simply the interior fan cycling on and off?

I had the same experience as boudinman.
Had a brand new oven (cannot remember brand), would cut off at around 150deg during pre heat.
Tech came out, replaced temp sensor...no luck, so he replaced control board and that did the trick.
