Then you must be totally opposed to random mail in balloting. I am not talking about absentee voting which is something entirely different.

No one knows if this is happening. It looks like the author having a delusional fantasy, which is a symptom of TDS.

I get why he is doing it but if you are going to do away with it be consistent. Get rid of mail in voting for all states and counties. Not just the Democrat ones.

You may want to learn the difference between absentee voting and what is being proposed, and opposed, with mail in voting.

Complete speculative bull shite. A liberals wet dream.

Where’s the speculation? You make it sound like the piece was a full on proclamation that these moves were done strictly to rig the election. It was actually a somewhat balanced read on the subject, something one doesn’t expect from the leftist rag Vice. It briefly points out that some might look at all these moves as part of that narrative, but it also states that some could see some semblance of corporate efficiency. Mainly it correctly points out that the logic behind the changes hasn’t been explained. Really poor reading comprehension on your part to sky scream about a fairly innocuous article.

I'll say it again: The Democrats are proposing JUNK-MAIL voting, NOT "mail-in voting".

We know Trump does not want nationwide mail-in voting. The result of the actions of his appointee is and will be pointed to as a reason not to have mail-in voting. Ask yourself if this were Obama would you see it as a mere correlation or would you assign causation.

I'd see it as a damned smart way to keep an election from being rigged!

Limiting democracy? Don't you see? That's the whole point, and why mail in ballots should never even be acceptable. President Trump is fighting against it, because if it is ever accepted, it eventually will be misused. The President just wants people to go to the polls, like has always been done. How is that, limiting democracy?

That is a big leap based on an article that just says no one knows why it’s happening. Don’t be tarded bruh

Good. USPS should not allow anybody to vote by mail unless they are military. Get off your arse and go vote. Otherwise, you don’t deserve to have your opinion heard.

You are going to look pretty stupid when it comes out that the machines are being removed because of a scheduled upgrade and "Vice" caught you in another of their lies...

Suddenly the left is concerned about weaponizing government agencies.

That’s funny right there. I don’t care who you are, that’s funny.

You do realize absentee and "mail in" are totally different systems?

No people don’t realize . They will say , “well the president does it why can’t I” . Media talking points , instead of educating themselves on the issue they just regurgitate the propaganda from the left.

So let's see.

We have an article written by a leftist rag in which it is said "postal workers Motherboard spoke to said having machines removed, replaced, or modified is nothing new."

But now, all of the sudden, this routine occurrence is EXTREMELY "worrisome".

So much so, that the OP hooks gullible posters into believing this "nothing-new" issue evinces "limiting democracy to suit your needs as president."

This is a fair assessment. The piece was fairly balanced and didn’t tie itself to either position, it just presented some facts about what has happened. And then you have sky screamers like TigerontheMountain yelling that the piece was pure liberal speculation!! Lots of lemmings on this board who can’t read for themselves, they just accept another poster’s interpretation on blind faith.
