I didn't even realize there was a 200/2 = 400 dell credit associated.
What have you been able to get with that credit? Is it anything on Dell's website?
shite, didn't have an issue paying 695 for a second platinum card with the 200k points, but throw in most of the fee in a credit, plus the 35% airline points redeem and its a no brainer.

Credit can be used for anything on Dell’s site.
Dell credits can easily be “triple dipped” for a total of $600 credit. Getting the plat card in June or November and then canceling the card in 13 months before having to pay another annual fee.
Pair the Dell purchase with Rakutan (linked to Amex for MR pts instead) Usually a monthly promotion of 10-15% “ cash back “ through Rakutan for Dell purchases.
Dell allows up to 3 different form/split payments for purchase. I usually have multiple Plat cards at any given time so I can use up to $600 Dell credit for a single purchase.
