Thoughts on Gossamer Biomed (GOSS)

This is a biomed company that some of my colleagues have been buying in to. Currently it’s sitting at .73 but has gotten as high as $25 in the past. I recently grabbed about 500 shares. They have some novel drugs coming to market and also have the potential to be bought by a big pharma company. Just curious if anyone else is hearing something about this stock

How long have they been in existence? What do the financials look like? What caused it to go from $25/share to .73/share? And over what period of time did that precipitous drop take place?
IMO, all questions you should get solid answers to before relying on what friends or colleagues are doing.
