Don't need much, just a little bit and it makes the boiled corn on the cob a little bit more "crunchy". A trick I learned back in the day from a coonass in South South South Louisiana.

Worst part was the wind. 85 mph winds up in the mountains in the channel we lived in was not uncommon. Lots of snapped off pine trees. I hate that kind of wind.

Yeah it gets windy . I live off of 285 it's literally 500 yards from my house

I just don't see many thunderstorms . Usually it's windy and snowing during the winter especially in the mountains but I'm in the foothills .
