I've always said that both sides should get to pick a moderator and then the moderators can take turns asking either candidate a question on any topic they want. None of this back-and-forth nonsense with only the most extreme GOP positions being asked about. If the Trump/Biden person wants to ask the opposite candidate nothing but gotcha questions about their "extremist" views then great. Defend those stances. If they want to ask softball questions, great as well.

Destroyed? Not at all. They both looked like incompetent fools who only yelled over each other. As I've said in another thread on this topic, I think it's a pretty easy argument to say that the first debate is what lost Trump the election. All Trump had to do was not get into a shouting match with Biden. Hopefully, he has learned from that.

Trump should be the one laying out the parameters/terms for a debate, 1st condition is the debate will not be hosted by any Gaslight Media news propaganda outlet.
