TiL that I have no reasonable expectation to privacy on my own property.

One of the more shocking moments to me was when we got a video in discovery in this case, and the video was of game wardens entering one of my client’s properties, hiding behind a bush wearing camouflage, and recording a video of my client and his friends while they were hunting,” Windham recalled. “And that’s not just creepy, it’s extremely dangerous.”

Game wardens have been doing this and it needs to stop. If you think it doesn't, you don't deserve to live in this constitutional republic, and that comes from a staunch conservationist.
It not 1932 anymore where you can plunder the resource with impunity and nobody will ever know or care. If they do think someone is breaking the law then perform a proper investigation like every other LEO has to and hammer them. It doesn't mean they can take a shite on everybody else's constitutional rights because of a few bad apples, no more than the DEA should be able to.

Green Jeans DGAF about your rights son

officers have already received additional training on obtaining search warrants when appropriate.
So, how many Greenjeans worked a whole career already and retired, with no idea how to legally search and seize?
We are seeing more and more Govt. entities viewing the Constitution as a pesky roadblock to be ignored. Dementia Joe seems to be leading this charge with all of those executive orders.

Sounds like it's time for some purple paint

I can see needing game wardens way back when there was actually a large population of game which had the potential for being over harvested.
Now... Most are lucky if they even catch/kill a legal limit. So now they are focused on "safety" and generating revenue from creating ridiculous laws like throw cushions and fishing/hunting licenses.

Not lately. 45 years ago the Federal Game Warden’s were trying to watch and catch us shooting too many ducks. .
One day as we were coming out of the marsh we saw him duck down into some cutgrass on side of the trenasse’ ( boat ditch). I stopped beside him and asked him what in the hell he was doing in the marsh by himself and if he would like a ride to the front. He was pissed off. Our ducks were hidden two miles behind us
The State guys would only stop at the camp to drink coffee and eat.
The Governor and some other folks hunted with us sometimes and the Fed’s were trying to get them anyway they could.

Have you been introduced to live scope? I literally can catch fish until I have no place to put them.
On the hunting side, I’ve seen lots of idiots baiting and killing a half dozen turkeys each year.
That said, I don’t want anyone on my property without first making me aware they’re on it.

Green jeans is nothing more than a tax collector just like police. Complete BS by these agencies and completely useless.
Those tv shows sure paint them in a bad light and they still try to justify their actions. "Just doing my job". Find another job you useless POS.

Leftists make the same argument regarding guns.

Kentucky banned private prisons in 2019, and they are tackling this soon.
