I'm specifically talking about heading west where Lobdell runs into GWS.
If you are heading west on GWS that light should never actually be anything but green with a flashing yellow arrow because no cars can turn into that intersection from Lobdell.
Instead, all left turning cars are funneled into Choctaw to cross GWS, where there is and should be a legitimate traffic light.

That's the way it used to be. Now, they've fricked it up.
Who should I call? DOTD?
