Russ Vought just told Bannon congress is trying to clear the deck and move a leverage ending omnibus bill during the lame duck session after the election.
They plan on loading that bill with spending terms that will handcuff anything Trump tries to do. Especially to the agencies.

that is crazy. through schedule F Trump can dismantle to skeleton crews. who cares if these turncoats protect the govt agencies funding?
If Trump pulls the bottom card the house of cards comes down whether congress protects the funding or not.
