Russ Vought just told Bannon congress is trying to clear the deck and move a leverage ending omnibus bill during the lame duck session after the election.
They plan on loading that bill with spending terms that will handcuff anything Trump tries to do. Especially to the agencies.

I really, really, really, hope that they do this to Bannon.
I don't agree with it, and it will be a painful exercise but he's carrying a torch for a lot of people.
