Nothing new here. So a black owned business gets the contracts, takes their cut, then hires White construction contractors to do the work. That’s how it works. Nationwide.

Norwegian Cruise Lines paid 21m for a 3m property on the waterfront. They could not get the government to approve the project.
NCL donated the land to a native corporation, who magically got approval for the project. They just dont have the money.
I imagine that will come via the taxpayer.

Pretty sure that this is illegal as frick. Way around it are make your wife 51% owner of the business that way it is a majority owned woman business. She would get 50% in a divorce what is another 1%? If you are single, come out a Trans woman and dare them to call you on it. Until sanity returns we will have to get creative.

You know, I’ve heard it said best that the Devil’s goals are to Deceive, Divide, and Destroy mankind, and I think if you look around at America today, America is busy busy busy in making the Devil’s dreams come true.

Its minority or women owned businesses, and it is the easiest shite to get around. Name a daughter, mother, wife as principal and you can get a government contract.
One of my customers has the daughter, who functions as the part time payroll coordinator, as primary principal. They get navy contracts out the wazoo as a "woman owned business".
But there should be a lawsuit. Contracts shod be awarded on merits only.
