Is anything Shreveport has worth a shite? seems like everything they offer is just garbage.

Since the late 80s. Prior to that, Shreveport was fine.
The former police chief tried to warn residents that gangs were taking over, the residents called the chief a carpetbagger from Illinois and chased him off.
Since then its been progressively getting worse.
