Model building has to be the most underrated hobby. Totally stress free, unless the carpet monster snags a part. Currently working on Dragon’s Panther II.

My biggest hobby is music. Besides just attending frequent concerts (often multiple concerts in a week), I also play in multiple local bands and write a lot of music. I would consider myself a semi-professional musician. If I decided to give up my day job and go music full time, I could probably support myself, but only just barely and not by playing my own stuff.

Watching sports and movies, and occasionally play games on my PC.

Between work, being a Dad of 3, and being a husband, I just don’t have much free time or income to have a legit hobby.

Every sort of hunting/fishing depending on season/weekend. studying scripture, Target shooting, off roading, customizing cars/trucks.... I'm not the type to sit on a golf course, on a beach or at a bar.

Cooking - something I have to do on a daily basis anyway.
Reading - I try to get in a few chapters before bed.
Gardening- This is an early morning weekend and after dinner activity.
Home improvement - I manage a few small projects each year
Watching football - I clear my schedule for this.

Golf, hunting and fishing. And watching sports. Kids are older now. When they were younger I didn’t golf much. Had one that enjoyed hunting and fishing. I made sure to do other things with the other two. Compromise with the wife. As much as I wanted to go hunt every weekend during deer season, we compromised and I went every other weekend, with a couple of them including additional days.

I read about guys having hobbies but as a middle aged married guy with kids I find myself not having time for hobbies at the end of the day. Those with kids what kind of hobbies do you have and how do you find time for them? Working all week and then family stuff on the weekends I’m not seeing much time available for them.

Bird watching.

what machine does she use for this?

My bad. Didn't see your reply. It's an Anycubic Mega X 3d printer. I don't think that model is available anymore. Very popular brand though. Not expensive. Except for the fabric, almost everything on this costume is 3d printed.

Swimming, running, mountain biking, kiteboarding, snowboarding, snowkiting, working out. I would say that sex is a hobby. I’m at least a five times a weeker, and I think that rises to the level of hobby. And visiting grandkids.

Hunting, driving kids around, waking up 2 hours before everyone else to enjoy coffee and quiet time, forcing said kids to hike places, fixing lawn mowers, digging holes and moving rocks.
