I would say it is shameful but that ignores the reality that the entire operation is entirely shameless.

This is misleading. mRNA had to go through a lot of development and testing before it could be used. The reason it was used for covid is that Trump allowed it to be implemented without the usual threshold of testing. The reason the pharma industry did not use it before is that it was illegal.
