Get outside and do hobbies away from people (fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, etc). Stay away from TV and the news. Every American was looking for something to give us hope, but 4 years later and still choosing between the same two complete goons as leaders. Politics and both parties have failed is. Dont vote and send a message. Frankly does it matter which one of these idiot 80 year olds win?

Give up on having hope in this country and way of life and focus on yourself and your family. Again, turn off the news and tv.

Note: I haven’t watched the news (National and local) for over a year and I’m better for it.
