Isn’t this nation a nation of immigrants and their descendants? I get that immigrants and refugees may be different by definition, but how many immigrants came to America to escape poverty, religious oppression, war, etc.?
I knew my post would not be popular, but I meant what I said. Unless you are Native American, your ancestors came from somewhere else. Why shouldn’t this country take in people that are suffering under the yoke of Israel?
“Give me your tired, your poor, your hungry, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free”. I guess they should just scrape that off the Statue of Liberty right?
