Great story.
I had a similar experience right after my wife left me and to this day I cannot explain what happened that night. It felt like I should have called for an ambulance as I thought I was losing my mind but then again I knew it was going to be ok.
So glad you found your path.

Absolutely the same. I thought i had lost my mind until i heard my wife talking to her mother about how i was a completely different person. It made me burst into tears to see that it was real and i wasn't crazy
