Being unattractive leads to a life of isolation, which sometimes causes frustration and depression. For a person like this, getting involved with any type cause, at least gives them an opportunity to feel wanted. A more attractive person’s life is already filled with the love of a spouse, gf, kids, family. They don’t need their existence validated by others outside this circle.
