Two is harder, for sure. But the second child is usually much easier than the first, because we don't have the time to indulge it as much. I can tell you from experience that two is about as hard as it gets. We had four. A toddler and an infant is tough; it really doesn't make it harder that there are a couple of older kids hanging about. They actually help entertain the toddler.
