Why would he give it up?
So someone else can take it?
People need to realize that you cannot starve the beast by declining their money.
It will be given out otherwise. Declining it only hurts us!

How does declining money that isn't even needed hurt Louisiana if it goes elsewhere?
The "starving children" talk is completely bullshite. There is an obesity epidemic among the poor. The only people going hungry are those that are addicts or mentally ill, that are selling their food stamps or too stupid to apply.
