That's my next step. I tend to listen to my wife too much and try and take natural routes of letting my body heal itself. She is very much into single-ingredient, whole food type of stuff and my Celsius consumption was frowned upon lol. I cant really endure another attack like the last one so if I need to get on that medicine then so be it.

The only thing I see in the celsius that could cause a problem is niacin. If you have high niacin levels that will build excess uric acid.

Keep in mind that there are 2 reasons for gout. Either your purine intake is to high or your body isn't flushing the uric acid out properly.

I couldn't take allopurinol due to side effects but since I started drinking a lot of water daily and consume nothing with high fructose corn syrup I haven't had a flare in almost 2 years.

As others have stated you gotta get it under control or you are gonna destroy your joints.
