Ted James is a nice guy who has spent his career working for the national democrat party.
Hard pass.
Someone help me out here - does the entirety of EBR parish still get a vote on Mayor-President? I would assume so, but no idea . . . BC it does seem a little wackadoodle to me that St. George, Central, Zachary, etc have their own mayors and if you live in BR City Limits we don’t have our own mayor.
Not sure if that would make shite here better or worse, but it’s clear that neither SWB nor James would have any interest in representing or administering the Parish Govt

Yes, the whole parish votes.
The deal is that the parish merged so that mayor of BR and the parish president are one position, but not all parts of the parish are considered to be in BR.
This isn’t the case in Orleans where everything within it is incorporated into NOLA IIRC.
