In my opinion, SWB is the worst thing that’s happened to downtown since the oil crunch in the 80’s. She completely gutted third street, killed the light rail project, axed open containers, deleted several festivals, etc. She pretty much undid everything Kip had going.

Single dumbest thing she did, IIRC, was kill the transit project between downtown and LSU that would have been federally funded because there wouldn’t have been stops in NBR.
