This may have been explained in a thread before( don’t really feel like looking back for it), but why exactly didn’t the big money guys lipsey and engquist didn’t want St. George to Happen?

Engquist’s business model is based on pushing properties built as being in the “capitol city” but in unincorporated EBR in order to avoid the issues tied with actually being in BR.
They have also had some serious recruitment issues with getting quality employees to work in their BR offices because of the problems with the area. Having St George existing will put a laser focus on all the crime happening within the actual city limits of BR.
